Description

Cheesecake deviled strawberries are a charming, no-bake dessert that puts a sweet spin on a savory classic. Juicy, fresh strawberries are halved and filled with a rich, creamy cheesecake mixture, then topped with crunchy garnishes for an elegant bite-sized treat. Perfect for parties, brunches, showers, or a quick indulgence, these pretty little bites deliver maximum flavor with minimal effort. Easy, customizable, and totally irresistible!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb fresh strawberries (large, ripe, and firm)

  • 8 oz full-fat cream cheese, softened (preferably Philadelphia)

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Optional: 2 tbsp heavy cream (for smoother texture)

  • Optional toppings:

    • Graham cracker crumbs

    • Crushed Oreos or vanilla wafers

    • Mini chocolate chips

    • Crushed nuts (pistachios, almonds, or pecans)

    • Toasted coconut flakes

    • Melted chocolate or caramel for drizzling

Instructions

  • Prep the Strawberries: Wash and thoroughly dry the strawberries. Hull the tops and slice each berry in half lengthwise. Use a small spoon or melon baller to scoop out a shallow well in each half.

  • Make the Cheesecake Filling: In a medium mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until fully combined. If desired, add heavy cream for a silkier texture.

  • Pipe the Filling: Transfer the cheesecake mixture to a piping bag fitted with a star tip (or use a ziplock bag with the corner snipped). Pipe a decorative swirl into each hollowed-out strawberry half.

  • Add Toppings: Garnish each filled strawberry with your choice of toppings like cookie crumbs, nuts, or a chocolate drizzle. Add toppings just before serving to keep them crisp.

  • Chill and Serve: Place the strawberries on a tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the filling to set. Serve chilled.

Notes

  • For best results, use full-fat cream cheese and allow it to come to room temperature before mixing.

  • Cheesecake deviled strawberries are best enjoyed within 24 hours of making.

  • Get creative with flavor variations like chocolate-infused filling, lemon zest, or even a swirl of caramel.

  • Perfect for Valentine’s Day, summer picnics, or baby showers.
