Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the instant banana pudding mix and cold milk until thickened. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  • Add the heavy whipping cream and continue beating until the mixture becomes thick, fluffy, and well combined.
  • Fold the chilled banana pudding into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated and silky smooth.
  • Pour the cooled coffee or espresso into a shallow bowl.
  • Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee, coating both sides without oversoaking.
