- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup raisins (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 2-quart baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, milk, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until smooth.
- Stir in the cooked rice and raisins (if using), mixing until evenly coated.
