Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until evenly moistened.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish using the bottom of a measuring cup for an even crust.
  3. For a no-bake crust, refrigerate for 20–30 minutes. For a crispier crust, bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8–10 minutes, then cool completely.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and optional lemon juice or pudding mix until smooth and fluffy.
  5. Gently fold in half of the whipped topping until fully combined and light in texture.
  6. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chilled crust.
  7. Spoon the blueberry pie filling evenly over the cream layer, spreading gently to keep the layers separate.
  8. Spread the remaining whipped topping over the blueberry layer.
  9. Garnish with fresh blueberries, lemon zest, graham cracker crumbs, or white chocolate shavings if desired.
  10. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2–4 hours, preferably overnight, before serving.
