Description

Peanut Butter Crunch Lasagna is an easy no-bake dessert layered with Nutter Butter cookies, a creamy peanut butter cheesecake filling, rich chocolate pudding, fluffy whipped topping, and a peanut butter drizzle. This crowd-pleasing dessert is perfect for potlucks, holidays, birthdays, and summer gatherings. The layers soften beautifully as it chills, creating a smooth, creamy, cake-like texture that peanut butter and chocolate lovers won’t be able to resist.

Ingredients

Scale

Cookie Base

  • 1 family-size package Nutter Butter cookies

Peanut Butter Cheesecake Layer

  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/3 cups powdered sugar
  • 3 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed and divided

Chocolate Layer

  • 1 box (5.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 3 cups cold milk

Topping

  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • Crushed Nutter Butter cookies (from remaining cookies in package)

Instructions

  • Arrange a single layer of Nutter Butter cookies in the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish, covering the surface as evenly as possible.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  • Fold in 1 1/2 cups of the whipped topping until fully combined and creamy.
  • Spread the peanut butter cheesecake mixture evenly over the cookie layer.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the instant chocolate pudding mix and cold milk for about 5 minutes, or until thickened.
  • Spread the chocolate pudding evenly over the peanut butter layer.
  • Top with the remaining 1 1/2 cups whipped topping and spread smoothly to the edges.
  • Sprinkle crushed Nutter Butter cookies evenly over the whipped topping layer.
  • Microwave the peanut butter for about 30 seconds, or until smooth and pourable. Allow it to cool slightly.
  • Drizzle the melted peanut butter over the top of the dessert.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight, until fully set.
  • Slice into squares and serve chilled.

Notes

  • Do not overheat the peanut butter; warm it just enough to drizzle easily.
  • Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
  • For extra indulgence, garnish with mini peanut butter cups, chocolate shavings, or additional peanut butter drizzle before serving.
  • This dessert is ideal for parties, potlucks, holiday gatherings, and make-ahead entertaining.
